Sheria Duncan

Sheria Duncan has extensive experience in career coaching and mortgage resolution, currently serving as an Associate Career Coach at Employment & Employer Services since March 2015. Prior to this role, Sheria held positions as a Mortgage Resolution Specialist and Customer Service Specialist at Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago from 2007 to 2014, providing individualized counseling to potential homebuyers and assessing their readiness for ownership while facilitating referrals to homebuyer classes and foreclosure prevention programs. Sheria holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from City Colleges of Chicago-Malcolm X College, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
