Ben Thompson is an accomplished CEO and co-founder of Employment Hero, Australia's first all-in-one HR and employee benefits platform, delivering solutions that enhance employee income and streamline business management. As the founder of Employment Innovations, Ben provides comprehensive resources for Australian employers, including legal and HR consulting services. Ben also established Power2Motivate, which specializes in customized incentive solutions, and serves as an investor and director at Keypay, a cloud payroll platform. With additional investments in innovative technology firms like Carlton Group, Ben's extensive experience includes legal counsel roles and co-founding multiple ventures. Ben holds a combined degree in Economics and Law from the University of New England and completed a short course MBA in Business at Executive Acumen.
