Domenico D. is a seasoned creative leader with extensive experience in brand design and strategic transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Creative and Design at Employment Hero since October 2023, Domenico leads the Hero Collective agency, overseeing global brand initiatives and campaign excellence. Prior to this role, Domenico held significant positions at Parpera, where brand relaunch efforts were spearheaded, and at Zip Co, where responsibilities included leading brand design for various integrated campaigns and launching a new global brand across multiple markets. Earlier career highlights include serving as Art & Motion Director at Step Change, significantly contributing to agency growth and brand campaigns for notable clients. Domenico holds a Bachelor's degree in Animation & Interactive Media from RMIT University, alongside additional education in illustration from the University of the Arts London.
