Josh Butler

Josh Butler is an experienced professional in customer experience and management, currently serving as the Head of CX Operations at Employment Hero since July 2022, with previous roles including Head of Customer Care (Secondment) and CX Design Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Management Consultant at Accenture from October 2021 to July 2022, and CX Strategist at VMLY&R from February 2020 to October 2021. Josh also held the role of Senior Consultant at Wunderman Thompson from February 2017 to February 2020.
