Marina Holmes

Marina Holmes is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Global Head of PR and Communications at Employment Hero since January 2025, Marina previously held roles including Internal and Executive Communications for the CEO at MYOB and Vice President of Global Communications & Brand at Go1, where leadership of a global team was a key responsibility. Prior tenure at Xero involved significant contributions as Director of Communications, where strategic counsel and holistic communication strategies were developed, alongside previous positions in marketing communications. Marina holds a Postgraduate degree in Marketing Management from the University of Melbourne Graduate School of Business and Economics.
