Simon Woods

Simon Woods serves as the Head of User Experience at Employment Hero since December 2021, where leadership in design strategy has significantly contributed to the company's valuation growth to $2 billion. With a proven track record of building user-centered design functions from the ground up, Simon has also held roles as a UX Design Coach at Trilogy Education, imparting knowledge in user experience and interface design, and as a UX Design and Research Lead at Data Action, where Simon drove UX strategy for fintech offerings. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Hearing Australia and commercial design at Porcelanosa. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in UX and Web Design from Torrens University Australia, a Diploma of Video Editing from the Australian Film Television and Radio School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Exhibition and Museum Design from the University of Lincoln.
