Susanna Cooper is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in implementing HR strategies and processes across various organizations. Currently serving as the HR & Payroll Implementation Team Lead for Employment Hero since June 2020, Susanna has previously held roles such as People & Culture Advisor at Architectus and Human Resources Advisor for ANZ at SWAROVSKI, where responsibilities included fostering talent management and improving HR functions. Susanna began a career in human resources at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics as an HR Administrator and has foundational experience in retail management from Hollister Co. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cardiff University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
