Thomas Capplis

Thomas Capplis has extensive experience in financial and operational roles, currently serving as GM Service Operations at Employment Hero since April 2024. Previously, Thomas held multiple positions at Employment Innovations (EI), including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Finance from May 2015 to May 2024. Prior roles include Financial Controller at both Employment Hero and Power2Motivate, and Finance Manager/Netsuite Administrator at Platform Lift Company (Australia). Thomas also worked as an ERP Consultant - Finance Implementations at Fusion5 and as a Systems & Payroll Accountant at Employment Innovations. Early career experience includes serving as an Accounts Assistant at The Cloud. Thomas holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Reading and is pursuing ACCA qualifications.
