Carynn Chua

Carynn Chua is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Partner at Employment Innovations since January 2024, Carynn previously worked at SAHMRI as a Human Resources Business Partner and at Haigh's Chocolates as a Human Resources Advisor. Earlier positions include People, Learning & Culture Manager at Star Pharmacy Group, where Carynn provided HR support across 49 sites, and various roles in recruitment and project management. Carynn's career also includes experience in administration and project management within organizations such as Southern Cross Care, Singapore Red Cross, and Singapore Prison Service. Carynn holds a Diploma of Human Resources Management from Locher Human Resources and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Murdoch University.
