Shane Duffy

Shane Duffy is the current CEO at Employment Innovations. Shane was previously with the NSW Farmers' Association from August 2002 to April 2008 as an Employee Relations Advisor. In this role, they provided advice and representation for over 8,000 members across all industrial matters including awards, agreements, termination, workers compensation and safety. Shane also represented members in industrial tribunals and membership of employer industry committees including National Farmers Federation, NSW Business Chamber & Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Shane Duffy has a Master's in Legal Studies from UNSW and a Bachelor's in Commerce (Economics & Industrial Relations) from the University of Wollongong. Shane also has a certification in Agile Project Management from Charles Sturt University.
