Jay Anderson

Jay Anderson is a seasoned professional in business and community engagement, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Employment Resources, Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Jay held the position of Director of Business & Community Engagement at the Northwest Wisconsin Workforce Investment Board, where responsibilities included liaising among various stakeholders to develop policies and outcomes for workforce programs. Prior roles include Outreach Specialist at Tee It Up for the Troops, and extensive experience in sales and management within the hospitality industry, working with organizations such as Hilton, Marriott, and One&Only Palmilla Resort. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
