Miriam Grunes

Miriam Grunes is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in non-profit management. Currently serving as Finance Director at Employment Resources, Inc. since November 2019, Miriam oversees financial functions for an organization dedicated to enhancing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Previously, as Business Manager for the River Alliance of Wisconsin from February 2017 to October 2019, Miriam managed both administrative and financial operations for a water advocacy organization. Miriam's experience also includes a significant tenure as Executive Director at REAP Food Group, where responsibilities included scaling the organization from a small start-up to one with a budget exceeding $700,000. Additional roles include Finance and Administrative Manager at the Biodiversity Project and Operations Manager at Playscapes, Inc. Miriam began their career co-owning Rhapsody Fine Art & Objects, further enriching their diverse skill set. Miriam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
