Wendy Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, human resources, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Flynn's Digital Growth since August 2024, Wendy is dedicated to helping others achieve financial freedom and personal fulfillment. Simultaneously, Wendy works as a Job Coach at Employment Resources, Inc., providing support and training for clients with disabilities. As an entrepreneur, Wendy operates Wendy's World of Wellness, a boutique skincare business focused on enhancing customer health and confidence. Previously, Wendy held significant roles at IBM, managing global strategy and incentive programs, and at Spectron Corporation, where foundational HR practices were established. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
