Judith Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Judith is currently working as an Associate Director of Health & Safety Operations at Employsure since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital as a WHS Manager from September 2022 to January 2023. From 2015 to 2022, they held various roles at KinCare, including Head of Safety, Health & Wellbeing and General Manager of Private Care. Before that, they worked at Sydney Airport Corporation Limited in different roles such as Manager of Airport Safety, Safety Systems Manager, and OHS Compliance Manager. Judith also worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as an Occupational Health & Safety Manager and at Menzies Aviation as a Passenger Services Manager and Duty Manager.
Judith Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree, specializing in Human Resources and Tourism, from Massey University between 1992 and 1996. Judith later pursued a Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety from the University of Newcastle from 2005 to 2007.
