Louie Allen has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Louie currently works at Employsure as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead ANZ, where they focus on driving results through a collaborative and consultative approach. Louie provides coaching and guidance to management throughout the recruitment process and is a trusted lead with stakeholders. Prior to this, Louie worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Employsure, specializing in employment relations and sales. Louie also created and implemented training for new hiring managers. Before joining Employsure, Louie worked at Hays as a Consultant and Human Resources Specialist.
Louie Allen obtained a Bachelor of Justice and Policy degree from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 2014 and 2016. Later, from 2016 to 2017, Louie pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Law, with a specialization in Contracts, at the same institution.
