Natalie Shew is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in innovation, partnerships, and education. As the Founder and CEO of EmployWell and Co-Founder of FemHealth Founders since 2022, Natalie has demonstrated a commitment to advancing health and wellness initiatives. Previously, leadership roles included VEST NWA Market Lead and Principal at 3P Creative LLC, where the focus was on supporting the commercialization of high-risk technologies. With a background in strategic partnership development as VP of Innovation at OmniSolve, Natalie has effectively collaborated across academia and industry, including positions at Hytrol and the University of Arkansas.
