Gwendolynne Larson

Gwendolynne Larson has extensive experience in media relations and communication, currently serving as the Director of Media Relations and Internal Communication at Emporia State University since January 2011. Prior to this role, Gwendolynne worked at The Emporia Gazette for over 17 years, holding various editorial positions including Executive Editor, Managing Editor, and News Editor. Earlier career contributions include serving as Production Editor for the American Diabetes Association and the American Counseling Association. Gwendolynne's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in journalism from The University of Kansas and professional development at the Poynter Institute.
