Kayla Smith Landgren

Kayla Smith Landgren has over a decade of experience in residential life and education, currently serving as the Director of Residential Life at Emporia State University since May 2012, with previous roles including Assistant Director and Complex Coordinator. Prior to this, Kayla worked at Baker University as a Residence Life Area Coordinator from August 2010 to May 2012 and began a career in education as a 1st Grade Teacher at St. Regis School for the 2009-2010 academic year. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Rockhurst University.
