Ray Lauber

Ray Lauber is the Director of Human Resources at Emporia State University. Ray has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, and has previously worked as the Director of Human Resources for the Kansas Health Policy Authority, and as an Assistant Human Resources Manager for the Kansas Department of Commerce. Ray has also worked as a Human Resources Manager for Lowe's Home Improvement and Target.

Ray Lauber has a Master of Science from Emporia State University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Friends University in Quality Management, and a High School Diploma from Osage City High School.

They are on a team with Kelly Heine - Chief Marketing Officer, Kevin Johnson - General Counsel, and Shane Shivley - VP, University Advancement and Foundation President. Ray Lauber reports to Ken Hush, President.
