James Courtney

James Courtney has been in the professional workforce since 1993. James began their career at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Store Manager, responsible for meeting or exceeding sales, profit, shrink, and customer satisfaction goals, as well as ensuring the store was kept to corporate standards. In 2006, they moved to Aaron's Sales and Lease Ownership - Sultan Financial Corporation, taking on the role of Store Manager and being responsible for meeting or exceeding sales, profit, and collection goals, as well as hiring and training staff. In 2011, they joined Emporos Systems Corporation, taking on the roles of Director of Customer Service, Implementation Manager, and Implementation Specialist. As an Implementation Specialist, they were responsible for implementing POS software in hospital pharmacy environments, and for project management and business analysis to ensure the software was installed to meet the client's needs.

James Courtney has attended East Carolina University.
