James Milligan has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. James started their career at NTL in 1998 as a Provisioning specialist. In 1999, they joined Optus and worked in Sales Commissions. In 2000, they started working at Hays as a Corporate Sales Manager and eventually became the Global Head of Technology Solutions. From 2010 to 2015, they held various management positions at Hays, including Regional Manager and Senior Business Director for Information Technology and Talent Solutions. In 2015, they became the Director of UK & Ireland. In 2016, they joined Teen-Turn as a Director. In 2018, they took on the role of Director UK & Ireland, EMEA - Technology at Hays and also became the Global Head of Emposo, where they were accountable for delivering strategic objectives. Overall, James Milligan has extensive experience in the technology industry and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.
James Milligan attended Staffordshire University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in International Relations. In addition, they have also obtained certifications including the Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in May 2015, and the Prince2 Practitioner certification from The APM Group in February 2013.
