Jason Clement

Jason Clement is the Founding Partner and CEO of The Sports Facilities Companies, leading initiatives that have transformed the youth and amateur sports industry through effective planning, financing, development, and management, resulting in a portfolio exceeding $10 billion in sports and entertainment centers. As a Partner at Empower Adventures Tampa Bay and Empower Adventures, Jason focuses on empowering individuals and teams through transformative adventure experiences. Additionally, Jason serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas County and previously held a position on the Board of Trustees for Suncoast Hospice Foundation. Jason's earlier career includes roles as a Regional Operations Manager and Facility Consultant at Business Resource Group and as an Associate Architect at CDFM2 Architecture and DLR Group. Jason holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University, along with a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies.
