Gary Allen is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as a VIP Support Technician and Accounts Management Manager at Empower AI since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing network access and email accounts for over 40,000 Department of Defense customers. Prior to this, Gary held positions at NCI Information Systems, Inc., and NetCentrics Corporation, focusing on accounts management and service desk leadership. Gary's military career in the US Army spanned over 17 years, during which significant achievements included maintaining a $2 million equipment inventory without loss, leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency, and implementing comprehensive safety programs. Gary holds an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology - Networking from Kaplan University and a Graduate degree in General Studies from Winnett High School.
