James Pflugfelder

James Pflugfelder started their career in 1998 at Banner Health, serving as Senior Director of Information Technology until 2020. In 2020, they became the President of Grace Falls Ventures LLC. Later, in 2021, they took on roles such as Comms Director, Deputy IT Operations Manager / Technical Director at Empower AI. Currently, they serve as the Orchestrate Lead, Technical Director, and Operations Director at Empower AI.

James Pflugfelder holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Arizona State University and a Master's degree in Education from Ashland Theological Seminary. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation Level and Scrum Master Certified.
