Cat Rodriguez M.ed.

Cat Rodriguez M.Ed., BCBA, LBA has extensive experience in behavioral health and education, currently serving as Operations Support Manager at Empower Behavioral Health since January 2020, with previous roles including Operations Director and Clinical Supervisor Apprentice. Prior experience includes working as a Behavior Specialist at Integral Care-Austin, TX, focusing on early childhood intervention, and as a Registered Behavior Technician at ASPiRE. Cat has a strong background in education, having held teaching positions with IDEA Public Schools and Austin Independent School District. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, both from Texas State University.
