Alejandra Isaias

Alejandra Isaias, CSM, currently serves as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Empower Brands since May 2021, effectively supporting over 20 projects in Lawson S3 and Global HR. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at RPI Consultants from April 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities involved developing client-specific Global HR training documentation. At Atlanta Public Schools, Alejandra held the position of Lead Business Analyst for the Lawson S3 Financials upgrade to v10 and co-designed Performance Management for Infor GHR from May 2017 to February 2019. Previous roles at Northeast Georgia Health System, starting in September 2010, included Practice Administrator, where management of over 100 physicians led to a significant increase in patient satisfaction, and Training Support Specialist, serving as the lead trainer for over 700 physicians. Alejandra Isaias holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance, Voice from Piedmont University, obtained in 2008.
