Ragheb Madhoun

Ragheb Madhoun has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ragheb began their career in 1987 as an Electronic Service Sales and Support Engineer at Carrier Saudi Service Company, where they introduced the Carrier building management system to the market and integrated electronic monitoring and controls into service contracts. Ragheb later advanced to the position of Electronic Service and Support Manager at the same company before joining Electric Component International as General Manager in 1993. At ECI, they specialized in the sales of lighting fixtures, components, and lamps, as well as offering lighting control and electronic control solutions.

In 2001, Ragheb Madhoun became the Managing Director of Energya Engineering & Distribution (HSE), a large distributor of electric material supplies in the Gulf region. Ragheb played a key role in setting up the organization's long-term strategies and managed over 230 employees. After leaving HSE in 2010, they joined Vision Electro Mechanical Company as Director of Business Development. During their tenure, Vision experienced significant growth, with an annual turnover of SR 2.5 billion and several billion Saudi Riyals in new projects.

In 2013, Ragheb Madhoun became the Managing Director of Advanced Building Technologies (ABT), a solution provider specializing in building management systems, home automation, and low current solutions. ABT operates in multiple countries and collaborates with leading international manufacturers.

Ragheb'smost recent role is as the Director of Business Development at Empower Contracting, an electro-mechanical contracting company and a member of the Saudi Bin Laden Group of companies. Ragheb Madhoun is responsible for driving business development initiatives and managing projects with a turnover of SR 400 million per annum and a backlog of one billion Saudi Riyals.

Throughout their career, Ragheb Madhoun has demonstrated expertise in business development, managing projects, and establishing long-term strategies for organizations in the electro-mechanical and distribution sectors.

Ragheb Madhoun completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut, attending from 1981 to 1986. Later, from 1991 to 1992, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
