Anthony Hendrix

Anthony Hendrix has over a decade of experience in the IT and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the IT Support Services Manager at Empower Federal Credit Union since March 2012, Anthony previously held the role of Network Support Specialist within the same organization. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative/Tech Support at Seneca, where assistance was provided for hardware and software issues. Anthony has also contributed to sales efforts as an Inside Sales Coordinator at syracuse.com, where support was provided to the sales team and small business owners regarding online advertising. Additional roles include a Creative Support Intern focusing on web design and graphic creation, and technology support positions while studying at Le Moyne College, where a degree in Communications, English, and Art was obtained.
