Dana McCranie

Dana McCranie has extensive work experience at Empower Federal Credit Union. Dana started their career at the company in 1997 as an Internal Auditor - Internal Audit Manager. Dana then progressed to the role of Director of Internal Audit in 2007 and held this position until 2012 when they were promoted to Vice President of Internal Audit.

Dana McCranie studied Accounting and Business Administration at SUNY Empire State College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Prior to that, they attended Taylor County High School from 1978 to 1982. Additionally, they pursued Mathematics at Florida State University. Moreover, Dana obtained certifications in the field of finance, including the Certified Bank Auditor (CBA) from BAI and the Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) from CUNA, both in the year 2004.
