Stephanie Letkowski, CPA, MBA

Stephanie Letkowski, CPA, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Stephanie currently holds the position of Vice President of Internal Audit at TerrAscend since November 2022. In this role, Stephanie is responsible for overseeing internal audit functions within the organization.

Prior to their current position, Stephanie worked at TerrAscend as the Corporate Director of Reporting and Technical Accounting. From October 2020 to December 2022, they led the external reporting and consolidations process, as well as provided technical accounting support across the organization. Stephanie was also responsible for converting the company's financial statements from IFRS to US GAAP.

Before joining TerrAscend, Stephanie held the role of Senior Manager of SEC Reporting at Foot Locker from April 2019 to October 2020. In this position, they were responsible for the preparation and review of all filings under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Stephanie also conducted technical accounting research and determined the applicability of various accounting standards.

Stephanie gained valuable experience as a Manager at The Siegfried Group from August 2018 to April 2019, where they provided financial accounting assistance to clients in a consulting capacity. Stephanie'sclients included a multi-national conglomerate and a pharmaceutical company.

Stephanie began their career at KPMG in October 2012 as an Audit Associate. Stephanie then progressed to the role of Audit Senior Associate from July 2014 to June 2017 and finally became an Audit Manager from July 2017 to July 2018. During their time at KPMG, Stephanie managed and mentored staff, executed financial statement audits, and maintained a strong understanding of various accounting standards, auditing standards, SEC requirements, and Sarbanes Oxley.

Prior to their professional career, Stephanie gained experience as a Wealth Management Intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from May 2011 to June 2012.

Stephanie Letkowski, CPA, MBA, has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Management from the University of Connecticut, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the same university, completing it from 2008 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Stephanie obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the New York State Board for Public Accountancy in January 2021, and they became a Licensed Certified Public Accountant through the Connecticut State Board of Accountancy in January 2015.
