Stacy Crawford Lcsw

Stacy Crawford LCSW, CCM has over 23 years of experience in the healthcare and counseling field. Stacy began their career at St. Bernards Healthcare as a Medical Social Worker, where they collaborated with medical staff to ensure timely patient discharge. Stacy then joined Families, Inc. Counseling Services as a Therapist, providing individual and family therapy to the adult and geriatric population. Stacy also served as a School Based Therapist, working with K-12 students and their families. Stacy later transitioned to NEA Baptist as a Medical Social Worker in the Case Management department. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Care Coordination at Empower Healthcare Solutions, overseeing the care coordination efforts. Throughout their career, Stacy has demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Stacy Crawford LCSW, CCM holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, which was obtained between 1997 and 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Arkansas State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In 2022, Stacy also acquired a certification as a Board Certified Case Manager from the Commission for Case Manager Certification.
