Kara Montermoso

Kara Montermoso has extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Idealist.org since October 2003, with a progression of roles from content associate to senior director of administration. In addition to the leadership positions at Idealist.org, Kara Montermoso is currently a hospice volunteer at Kaiser Permanente, a yoga instructor at Empower ME Academy, and a varsity gymnastics assistant coach at Saint Francis High School. Previous coaching roles include various sports at St. Monica School and JV basketball assistant coach at St. Ignatius College Preparatory. Kara Montermoso holds a BA in Public Policy from Brown University and an AS from the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy.
