Clint Sylvester

Clint Sylvester is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and team management. Currently serving as Senior National Recruiting Manager at Empower Partnerships since December 2023, Clint previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Team Car Care, operating under Jiffy Lube, from September to December 2023. Prior to this, Clint was a Recruiting Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where leadership of a team of 15 recruiters focused on Associate Banker roles was a key responsibility, along with coaching and mentoring. Clint's career also includes significant roles at Wayfair and Aerotek, where management of recruitment teams and a commitment to aligning hiring practices with organizational values were emphasized. Clint holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, completed in 2013.
