Derick Elsasser

Derick Elsasser has over 17 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Director Talent Acquisition at Empower Partnerships, Derick has previously held roles at Iron Mountain, Spherion, and FedEx Ground. Derick has a BA in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and has also studied at The Ohio State University. Throughout their career, Derick has focused on developing and implementing RPO programs to enhance service levels and quality of hire.
