Ashima Kar

Ashima Kar is a Senior Test Engineer with extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance across multiple companies. Currently at Empower Professionals Inc since December 2021 and previously at Altimetrik from July 2019 to October 2021, Ashima has managed and developed test plans, specifications, and executed tests for various service-based APIs, utilizing test automation frameworks with Selenium and Java, while also handling defect logging in JIRA. Ashima's earlier tenure at Tata Consultancy Services involved roles as an I.T Analyst, System Engineer, and Assistant System Engineer, where responsibilities included QA tasks throughout the development lifecycle, requirement analysis, and guiding offshore teams to ensure project delivery using Agile methodologies. Ashima holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University.
