Jessica Rinks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis, software development, and project management. Currently serving as the Data Pod Director at Empower Project since June 2024, Jessica specializes in building and documenting data pipelines utilizing various data sources. Prior roles include Full Stack Developer at Critical Mention, GIS and Data Analyst at the Office of the Cook County Clerk, and Farmers Market Manager for the Village of Oak Park. Jessica's diverse background also includes organic farming and IT assistance, along with a strong foundation in urban planning as a Transit Planner at Vlecides-Schroeder Associates. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and a graduate certificate in Software and Data from Coding Temple.
