Bikash Gangadharan

Bikash Gangadharan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in managing enterprise services and operations. Currently, as the Vice President of Global Enterprise Services at Empower since July 2015, Bikash has successfully established and expanded offshore technical capabilities, particularly in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices. Prior roles include Vice President at Goldman Sachs, focusing on prime brokerage operations, Application Support Manager at Tesco overseeing a critical supply chain system, and various managerial positions at ANZ involving trade applications and production support. Educational credentials include a postgraduate program in cloud computing from Illinois Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University.
