Bobbi Weaver

Bobbi Weaver, PMP, serves as the VP of Strategy & Planning at Empower since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading digital and customer-focused transformation initiatives within Empower Retirement Operations. Previously, as the AVP of Strategic Solutions at Voya Financial from October 2010 to December 2016, Bobbi led a business PMO focused on the execution of strategic initiatives for VOYA Insurance Solutions. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of New Product Implementation at ING from 2000 to 2010, directing cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products while meeting business objectives. Bobbi’s education includes attendance at the ESI International School of Business at George Washington University.
