Brian Reyman

Brian Reyman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training development and technology. As the Sr. Director of Training Development and Technology at Empower from April 2016 to December 2023, Brian led company-wide training initiatives focusing on content development and learning management system deployment. Additionally, Brian owns Lavelett Consulting, a training development and consulting studio established in August 2007, specializing in training creation and multimedia production. Previous roles include Director of Agent Training at Western Union, responsible for technology and development support, and Director of Enterprise Change Process at LexisNexis. Brian also served as an ITSM Associate at Critigen. Brian holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Finance and in Business Administration: Information Systems from Colorado State University.
