Maxime Rousseau

Maxime Rousseau is an accomplished information security professional currently serving as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Empower since April 2022. With extensive experience in cybersecurity, Maxime has held key roles such as Chief Information Security Officer at Personal Capital prior to its acquisition by Empower, and is also a Director on the Board of the Information Security Leadership Foundation. Previous positions include Director of Cybersecurity & Privacy at PwC, where Maxime addressed complex security challenges for a diverse clientele, and a Senior Security Consultant at Allstream, leading significant PCI-DSS compliance projects. Maxime found success as the founder of a consulting firm focused on cloud and advertising services and has a solid educational foundation with a Baccalauréat in Informatique de Gestion from Université de Sherbrooke.
