Neil Horsley

Neil Horsley currently serves as Senior Director of Analytics & Business Insights at Empower, a role held since November 2017, after progressing through various positions including Sr Mgr Participant Service Reporting & Analytics, Participant Services Analytics Manager, and Sr Business Reporting Analyst. Prior to Empower, Neil was a Data Scientist at Pilot Flying J from January 2016 to December 2017, specializing in the Digital Media and Loyalty Departments. Earlier in his career, Neil acted as an Acquisition Analyst at Revolution Real Estate, successfully closing over 175 real estate purchases between 2013 and 2015, and as an Economic Development Intern at the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce. Neil holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Western Kentucky University.
