Roger Hobby

Roger Hobby currently serves as Executive Vice President at Empower, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Roger Hobby was an Executive Vice President at Fidelity Investments from December 2013 to April 2024 and has extensive experience in various leadership positions within Fidelity, including President of Family Office Services and Fidelity Family Office Services. Roger Hobby also held the position of President for Wilmington Trust in the Northeast region from July 2008 to December 2013. Educationally, Roger Hobby earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Alabama between 1984 and 1988, and attended Harvard Business School for further studies.
