Sarah Gaugh

Sarah Gaugh currently serves as a Mass Conversion Analyst in Participant Data at Empower, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Sarah worked as a Business Analyst focusing on Client Data at Janus Henderson Investors U.S. from December 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing quality client data and ensuring transparency in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Sarah's extensive experience at OppenheimerFunds spanned over 13 years, performing duties as a Data Management Specialist and Senior Processing Associate, as well as serving as an Interim Assistant Supervisor to enhance team operations. Earlier, Sarah began a professional career as a Bank Teller at First United Bank from January 2003 to October 2006, where customer service and cross-selling were key focuses. Sarah holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Arapahoe Community College, completed in 2019.
