Manolito Mapaye is a seasoned manufacturing engineer currently employed at Empower RF Systems since January 2021, overseeing contract manufacturing suppliers for PCBA, generating operational documentation, and participating in qualification plans for new parts and suppliers. Prior experience includes roles at Venture Corporation Limited as a Senior Product/NPI Process Engineer and Lead NPI Process Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed process documentation and manufacturability input during product design phases. Earlier experience includes positions at PCI Systems Ltd, Solectron, DAE Kyung Phils. Co. Inc., Emerson Network Power, and Team Pacific Corporation, contributing to process improvements, product transfers, and engineering support. Manolito holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University.
