She is also the CEO of Empower Simcoe, leading at the forefront of transformation. With a background in various executive roles in both government and non-profit organizations, her expertise lies in human resources, organizational development, and quality assurance. Dr. Cousins is also an experienced instructor at Georgian College, actively contributing to student success through mentoring and innovative teaching methods.
