Adam Heuman

Adam Heuman is the VP of Development at EMpower. Adam has over 10 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Adam has held various positions at the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, Plan UK, and NSPCC. In their most recent role as Deputy CEO at the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, they led a team of 75 people across programmes, fundraising, communication and advocacy. Adam is passionate about helping girls around the world fulfil their potential.

Adam Heuman has a Masters of Business Administration from BPP Law School and a first class honours in English Literature from the University of Warwick.

Adam Heuman reports to Cynthia Steele, President & CEO. They are on a team with Nisha Dhawan - India Country Director, Aissatou Bah - Director of Adolescent Girls & Gender Initiatives, and Larry Bloom - VP, Global Operations & Finance.
