Diana Castrillon

Diana Castrillon currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa since June 2024 and is a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community from January 2022. Previously, Diana held multiple roles at MGM Resorts International from October 2016 to June 2024, including Executive Director and Director of Employee Relations Operations, where contributions included developing a centralized employee relations strategy for over 50,000 employees, implementing paperless record-keeping, and revamping ADA processes. Additional prior experience includes Senior HR Business Partner positions at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas and The Mirage, where leadership in employee and labor relations was demonstrated. Earlier roles as Human Resources Generalist at Mandalay Bay Casino and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas rounded out an extensive background in human resources and employee relations, focusing on compliance, training, and organizational support.
