Kevin Cepelak

Kevin Cepelak, CFE, possesses extensive experience in employee relations and security management. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Advisor at Northwell Health since December 2020, Kevin manages the employee relations process, conducts investigations, and advises on resolving issues. Previously, Kevin held the position of Director of Global Security and Investigations at Fiserv, managing a caseload for the Global Security and Compliance and Ethics Program. Kevin's career includes significant roles at First Data Corporation and Major League Baseball, where investigative responsibilities involved issues such as performance-enhancing drug violations and fraud. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Additionally, Kevin is a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since November 2021.
