Martha D'Sanchez

Martha D'Sanchez, PHR, serves as the Director of Employee Relations at Fresenius Medical Care North America since July 2008, having progressed through various roles including Senior Manager and Employee Relations Manager. Additionally, Martha is a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Officer at Bank of America from February 2003 to April 2008 and as a College Relations Supervisor at LaSalle Bank Corporation from June 2000 to February 2004. Martha D'Sanchez holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Chicago.
