Tom Murray is an accomplished Senior Customer Success Manager at HR Acuity, with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction and retention through understanding business needs and implementing customer experience strategies. Tom has held various roles in customer success, including positions at Aimbridge Hospitality and iCIMS, where responsibilities included managing use case enablement and maintaining customer engagement.
